# How much does Emvide cost?

Emvide offers flexible subscription plans to cater to various organisational needs. We provide both annual and monthly subscription options, ensuring that you can choose the plan that best fits your requirements and budget. Currently, Emvide offers commercial subscriptions, with 'Developer' and 'Educational' licence options coming soon.

### **Annual Pricing**

Our annual subscriptions offer the best value for businesses committed to long-term sustainability initiatives by providing two months of your subscription free compared to monthly subscriptions. Here are the details of our annual pricing tiers:

* \*A node credit is equivalent to creating updating or fetching LCIA indicators for a resource (like a BOM item) or a process (e.g., a production step)
* \+ Pricing is quoted at monthly cost for upfront annual license. Monthly payment terms are permitted at a premium of 20% additional cost per annum
* \# Standard support is for resolution of platform technical queries to ensure platform is functioning. See <https://trust.emvide.com/> for services description. Premium support is available for additional cost, see support pricing
* ^ Costs are associated with use of additional LCA datasets for more users

### **Monthly Pricing**

For organisations needing more flexibility, Emvide also offers monthly subscription options. Here are the details of our monthly pricing tiers:

<figure><img src="https://5542945-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FWbRJx1CE0OHqoYX5MIO7%2Fuploads%2F3qsepGqgk6vOd7tuiirX%2FMonthly%20Pricing%20Cards.png?alt=media&#x26;token=8c22fc8c-82f3-48d3-a321-86207bf5f22a" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* \+ Credits are allocated on a per month basis equivalent to 1/12th of the annual allowance
* \* A node credit is equivalent to creating updating or fetching LCIA indicators for a resource (like a BOM item) or a process (e.g., a production step)
* \* Unused credits are rolled over to the next billing cycle and maintained as long as the subscription remains active
* ^ Costs are associated with use of additional LCA datasets for more users
* \# Standard support is for resolution of platform technical queries to ensure platform is functioning. See <https://trust.emvide.com/> for services description. Premium support is available for additional cost, see support pricing

### **Top-Up Credits**

If users exhaust their allocated credits during their subscription period, they have the option to purchase top-up credit packs. These credit packs are priced according to the tier of the subscription. Top-up credits ensure that users can continue their LCA work without interruption, providing flexibility and scalability to meet varying project demands. Additionally, you can upgrade to a higher subscription band; this has many benefits of providing more credits, users and also reduces your price per credit. See the table below for pricing for top up credits.

| Extra Credits | Professional Tier | Business Tier | Portfolio Tier |

| \*5000+ | <mark style="color:blue;">**^**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">£16,500</mark> | <mark style="color:green;">£10,000</mark> | <mark style="color:orange;">£5,500</mark> |

*\*For credit requests of 5000 or more we can accept bespoke requests. For example, if a customer requires 8500 credits on a 'Business Tier', this can be provided with all credits at the cost/credit level of the 5000+ line. This would be a cost of 8500 x £2.00 = £17,000.00.*

*^Upgrade to Business Tier recommended.*
