What is Emvide?

Emvide is a SaaS-based Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) platform that uses AI to provide rapid insights into the environmental impact of products and services. It helps organisations assess, report, and reduce their carbon footprint, particularly focusing on Scope 3 emissions.

How does Emvide help with Scope 3 emissions?

Emvide simplifies the complex process of analysing Scope 3 emissions by providing a user-friendly interface and AI-driven tools to accurately assess the environmental impact throughout a product’s lifecycle, from raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal.

What are Node Credits and how are they used?

Node Credits are units of measurement used within Emvide to track and assess environmental impacts. They are consumed when creating, updating, or fetching LCIA indicators for resources or processes. Credits are included in your subscription and can also be topped up as needed.

How do I get started with Emvide?

Getting started with Emvide is easy. for a subscription that suits your needs, and you can begin using our intuitive canvas-based interface to map the environmental impact of your products and services. We also offer comprehensive support and training to help you get started.

What support options are available with Emvide?

Emvide offers two levels of support: Standard and Premium. Standard Support is included with all tiers and provides essential assistance, while Premium Support offers enhanced services such as dedicated training, regular support checks, and strategic sustainability consulting.

Can I try Emvide before committing to a subscription?

Yes, we offer a one-month ‘professional tier’ exclusive deal for £600 ex VAT, providing 250 credits and 4 hours of premium support. This trial helps you complete an LCA for a medium complexity product and experience the full functionality of Emvide.

What payment options are available for Emvide subscriptions?

We accept payments via credit/debit card using the Stripe service and via BACs transfer. Accounts are activated upon payment in advance or receipt of a purchase order (PO) from verified customers.

How does Emvide pricing work?
What happens if I run out of Node Credits?

If you run out of Node Credits, you can purchase additional credit packs to continue your work without interruption. Credits are rolled over to the next billing cycle and maintained as long as your subscription remains active.

How can I upgrade my Emvide subscription?

Upgrading your subscription is simple, contact support and we will add your new credit amount upon payment. Any remaining Node Credits from your previous tier will be carried over to your new subscription, and the new tier's credit allocation will be added on top of your existing credits.
