Ways to Pay for Emvide

At Emvide, we offer flexible and secure payment options to ensure a seamless subscription experience. Here are the available payment methods for our customers:

Payment Methods

  1. Credit/Debit Card Payments

    • We accept payments via credit and debit cards using the Stripe service. Stripe provides a secure and efficient way to handle your transactions, ensuring that your payment information is protected.

  2. BACs Transfer

    • For customers who prefer bank transfers, we accept BACs payments. This method allows you to transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours.

Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment

    • Accounts are activated upon receipt of payment in advance. This ensures that you can start using Emvide without delay.

  • Purchase Orders*

    • For verified^ customers, we accept purchase orders (POs). Upon receipt of a valid PO, we will activate your account, allowing you to begin using Emvide immediately.

*Please note for Purchase Orders (POs), Riskoa will invoice for payment immediately after receipt of a purchase order from a verified customer. Payment terms will be up to a maximum of 30 calendar days. After this time if payment is still outstanding, user accounts will be suspended until payment has been made by the customer. Accounts will be reactivated upon the day of payment. Riskoa also retains the right to limit credits in this payment terms period and will be determined on a case by case basis.

^A verified customer is a customer whose identity has been confirmed through a customer verification process, and Riskoa has deemed them to have credible purchase intent through interaction with our sales team.
