Emvide offers comprehensive support services to ensure that our users can maximise the value of the platform and effectively conduct lifecycle assessments (LCAs). We provide two levels of support service plans: Standard and Premium. Both support plans are available across all subscription tiers.
Included free with all tiers, Standard Support provides essential assistance to help you get started and maintain smooth operation of the Emvide platform. Terms of delivery can be viewed at in our Trust Centre. Standard support includes:
Technical Support Access: Response within 1 business day
Basic Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Support
Initial Setup Assistance
Regular Updates and Communications
Access to an Online Resource Library: Materials on basic LCA methodologies and sustainability practices
Premium Support offers enhanced assistance for more complex needs and strategic integration of LCA results into broader business strategies. Premium support is secured and provided through the purchase of support packs. The premium service offerings are detailed below with recommended times associated with each service listed to help guide which support pack to purchase. Premium services include:
Dedicated Training on Conducting LCAs: 4 hours online, 8 hours in person
Regular Support Checks: Ensure LCAs are conducted correctly and effectively (1-hour/2-hour blocks available)
Enhanced Support Including LCA Verification: Ensure accuracy and reliability of results
Detailed Training Sessions on Complex LCA Methods: Including handling of multi-output processes and advanced environmental impact modelling
Strategic Sustainability Consulting: Integrate LCA findings into broader business strategies
Portfolio Analysis: Align LCA results with business objectives
Customised Support: Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy

Price per project
Package Hours Allocation: The hours detailed in each package are allocated towards client service requirements. Hours are tracked using Riskoa’s internal ERP system and shared with the client upon request.
Starter Pack: This is the minimum level of consulting work Riskoa undertakes for any custom client project where services fall outside of those defined in the premium service offerings.
Advanced Analysis Packages: Deliver data-driven outcomes for clients, but this pricing is not equivalent to a full company Lifecycle Assessment (LCA), which is priced based on complexity. Please ask for separate LCAaaS pricing.
