Welcome to the "Co-Pilot in Reporting" section. This guide will walk you through how to use Emvide’s Co-Pilot to generate comprehensive and detailed LCA reports. These reports comply with ISO 14040/44 standards and provide valuable insights into your product’s environmental impact.

Generate ISO-compliant LCA reports using Emvide's reporting tools.

Access additional reporting options and analytics within the Emvide platform.
Generating Reports:
Initiating Report Generation: Navigate to the report generation section and click the "Generate Report" button. The system will start developing your LCA report, adhering to ISO 14040/44 standards.
Email Notification: Within a few minutes, you will receive an email notification indicating that your LCA report for the Trailmaster 5000 is ready. This email will include four files: two Word documents and two PDFs, containing the LCA report and a supporting appendix.
Reviewing the Reports:
Opening the Reports: Open the PDF files to review the reports. The LCA report will include:
Executive Summary: A top-level overview of the LCA results.
Content Links: Hyperlinks to different sections of the report for easy navigation.
Product Description: Detailed information about the product and its lifecycle.
System Boundary: Explanation of the system boundaries used in the analysis.
Impact Categories: Breakdown of different environmental impacts.
Activity Data: Data on the processes and resources used.
Contribution Analysis: Summary of the contributions to the overall environmental impact.
Conclusions and Recommendations: AI-generated suggestions for reducing embodied CO2 and other environmental factors.
Supporting Appendix: Open the supporting appendix to review detailed notes and assumptions used at each stage of the LCA. This document provides:
Component Breakdown: Detailed information on how components like the wheel were decomposed and assessed.
Assumptions: Specific assumptions made during the LCA, which are crucial for validating and refining your analysis.
Making Adjustments:
Editing the Reports: If needed, open the Word versions of the reports to make any edits or customisations.
Refining Analysis: Use the detailed information in the appendix to refine your analysis. For example, if you need more details about how the wheel’s emissions were estimated, you can find and review this specific information.
Additional Reporting Options:
Analytics Dashboard: Access the analytics dashboard within the Emvide platform to get a high-level view of the most significant emissions processes and resources. This feature allows you to share insights online and download data for further analysis.
Data Export: Download the data in JSON or CSV formats for detailed data analysis. This export includes all indicators across your resources and processes.
